Drilling platforms
INGEO maintains a large variety of marine exploration equipments, on land and underground equipment
INGEO has more than 25 drilling machines, distributed over its different subsidiaries. This is one of the biggest geotechnique drilling fleet in Algeria.
The INGEO drilling devices are fixed on transporters to allow practically any condition of access on land or in sea. Different drilling techniques are used including: Auger, rotatif drilling, percussion drilling, SPT sampling, Shelby tube for sampling, coring in rocks and triple drilling tube as wire line.
By using some INGEO platforms, deeps up to 1000 m can be reached. Main types of IGEO drilling equipment are: Hands England, Pilcon, Atlas Copco, Acker, Mobile, Boyles, EDECO, Diamant Boort, Ardco, etc.
Generally drilling teams are supervised by an engineer or a geometer. The forma variety of equipment coupled with a good experience of our personnel offers a large degree of flexibility in sampling, in drilling techniques and planning, for small and big projects.
Thousands of underground exploration studies have been performed by INGEO specialists on a wide range of projects.
Geotechniques tests & In-Situ sampling
The onsite exploration carefully and completely carried on, is essential. It constitutes the base for all following analyses, for the studies and the design. Geotechniques studies must be completed in-situ tests methods including:
